OVERVIEW OF THE TOUR
Travel into a world where the rainforest meets the reef. This tour is jam-packed with pristine waters, ancient rainforests, and incredible wildlife. Trek through the rainforest on our memorable night walk to uncover the secrets hidden in the dark. Watch the sunrise on the beach minutes away from the accommodation amidst the lush tropical setting. Visit the many isolated beaches and marvel at the incredible wildlife. Take part in some unforgettable experiences on our 2-day Cape Tribulation Tour.
Day 1 (Lunch and Dinner)
The adventure begins once you hop onto the bus, ready for your two days in paradise. Our first stop will be at the famous 4-mile beach, where you can enjoy a walk around or a refreshing swim. After drying off, you will get a chance to spot the incredible saltwater crocodiles on board the Daintree River cruise. Next, we will head across the Daintree River, and drive through some of the oldest rainforests in the world! On the way, we will stop for a delicious lunch amongst the glorious forest.
Have your troubles melt away when we visit more remote beaches in the afternoon. On our way to the accommodation, we will stop at two magnificent lookouts, so make sure you bring your camera! Once arrived at the accommodation, you will have a chance to do a guided night walk through the rainforest. As our first day ends, tuck into the wonderful dinner served and set off to bed or perhaps continue your night at the hostel bar.
If you aren’t too tired from this jam-packed day, tomorrow you can wake early to catch the sunrise on the beach, an unforgettable experience.
Day 2 (Breakfast)
Waking up amidst the rainforest, you will enjoy a delicious tropical breakfast. You will get a chance to do an optional activity for the morning. Optional activities include Ocean Safari, Horse riding, Jungle surfing (at your own expense.) Next on the agenda is to travel to the edges of the outback. Hand feed the wild rock wallabies and see the enormous termite mounds. Sadly, your journey has come to an end, as you will now hop onto the bus to drive back to reality.
