OVERVIEW OF THE TOUR
Escape to the picturesque Hunter Valley for a day of indulgence and discovery in Australia’s oldest wine region. Established in the 1820s, this historic area is famed for its exceptional wines, from the iconic Semillon to Shiraz, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Verdelho.

Get an exclusive look at the winemaking process during a behind-the-scenes tour, gaining insight into how these celebrated wines are aged and crafted.
Treat yourself at the Hunter Valley Chocolate Company, where you will be sampling fine chocolates and handcrafted fudge. As midday arrives, indulge in a delicious bistro lunch, served with your choice of beverage—why not pair it with one of your new favourite wines?
After a tasty lunch, enjoy some free time to explore the Hunter Valley Gardens Shopping Village. Wander through the speciality stores, sample handcrafted delights, shop for gifts, or even try sampling local gins, wines, & spirits (at your own cost).
