Over the course of the day, we’ll visit several top wineries and establishments in the Hunter Valley, where you'll have the chance to sample up to 30 different wines. Get an exclusive look at the winemaking process during a behind-the-scenes tour, gaining insight into how these celebrated wines are aged and crafted. Pair some of these tasty wines with delicious locally made cheeses and charcuterie items, and learn about the wine tasting process from professionals.

Treat yourself at the Hunter Valley Chocolate Company, where you will be sampling fine chocolates and handcrafted fudge. As midday arrives, indulge in a delicious bistro lunch, served with your choice of beverage—why not pair it with one of your new favourite wines?

After a tasty lunch, enjoy some free time to explore the Hunter Valley Gardens Shopping Village. Wander through the Hunter Valley local stores, sample handcrafted delights, shop for gifts, or even try sampling local gins, wines, & spirits (at your own cost).
