Atherton Tablelands

There is also one of the biggest trees in Queensland, The Curtain Fig Tree! The tree is almost 50 metres tall, and the trunk circumference is about 39 metres wide. It’s also estimated to be over 500 years old.
Cape Tribulation
Cape Tribulation is beautiful to walk along the tropical beach or through the ancient Daintree Rainforest. Cape Tribulation offers a lot of different swimming spots, so bring your bathers.
When you walk through the rainforest, you will have the chance to spot wildlife, like the cassowary which is a giant bird!
