OVERVIEW OF THE TOUR
From beautiful scenery everywhere you look to a range of delicious cuisine, our Mornington Peninsula and Lunch Cruise makes for a perfect day along the sea.
The journey will begin as we depart from Melbourne and make our way across the Mornington Peninsula. Your first scenic stop will be in the coastal town of Portsea, where you can take photos of the London Bridge Lookout. The rock’s arch and unique bridge-like shape inspired its name and has captivated visitors for many years.
You will then hop aboard a ferry in Sorrento, the starting point of a delightful two hour cruise. Your time on the boat includes lunch, which you can enjoy while relaxing as the ferry cruises across the calm waters of the harbour. You may even be able to spot some dolphins, as they sometimes swim around in the bay!
Back on land, the tour proceeds with a visit to Rocky Creek Strawberry Farm (November to April ). Stroll through the vibrant strawberry fields and take advantage of the special chance to pick your own delicious, ripe strawberries—a perfect way to enjoy the freshest produce of the season!
There are two more stops as you make your way back to the city. Murrays Lookout provides stunning views across the bay and is the tallest point on Mornington Peninsula. The final stop is in Mount Martha, which is home to vibrant bathing boxes. You’ll get to stroll along the beach and take colourful photos of the bathing boxes before arriving back in Melbourne to conclude the tour.
