The Mount Buller Alpine Village is dotted with a variety of different options for food and drinks. Whether you’re craving pizza, Mexican food, or pub food, there are heaps of restaurants on Mount Buller to choose from.
Cow Camp Cantina
One of the newest food spots on Mount Buller is Cow Camp Cantina. This restaurant opened in the winter of 2024 and offers Mexican food every day of the week. It’s a great location if you’re craving a burrito or some tasty nachos.
Mt Buller Fish & Chippery
Located in the centre of the alpine village is the Mt Buller Fish & Chippery. As its name suggests, you can get your fix of delicious fish and chips. However, there are plenty of other options to choose from including fresh seafood and healthy salads. Calling all seafood lovers!
The Grimus Grind
The Grimus Grind is your go-to for a cup of coffee or a hot chocolate. You can also find other cafe goodies including pastries, jaffles and more.
It is important to note that this is a ski-in/ski-out location. This means it may not be accessible if you’re just visiting Mount Buller for some casual snow play.
Harry Burns
The cosy restaurant, Harry Burns, brings charming cabin vibes and an open fireplace. The menu consists of high-end Asian fusion dishes and a wide selection of cocktails. There are so many delicious options on the menu, it will be hard to choose just one item!
Spurs Smokehouse
This smokehouse can be found near the Northside Express chairlift. You may have guessed by its name, but Spurs Smokehouse offers a variety of mouthwatering barbecue options.
Duck Inn
The Duck Inn is a great place to find hot, filling meals. Some of the most popular dishes include pork belly, fillet steak and a 14-hour slow-cooked lamb. As if that didn’t already sound amazing, there is a carefully selected wine list to match.
This restaurant is open from Wednesday to Monday and closed on Tuesdays.
Moosehead
Moosehead Whisky and Blues Bar brings a cosy speakeasy feel to the alpine village. There is an impressive selection of whiskeys to choose from, in addition to a wine and cocktail list. Moosehead also offers delicious bar food to enjoy alongside your drinks.
If you find yourself here on a Saturday night, you’ll get to enjoy some live blues music!
Burger Haus
Satisfy all your hamburger cravings at Burger Haus. This restaurant is located in the village square and serves flavourful burger combinations to satisfy everybody. Some of the most popular burgers include the massive Titan and the spicy Afterburner.
Pats Italian
Find delicious pizza and pasta at Pats Italian Restaurant & Bar. There are plenty of tasty dishes to either dine in or take away. This restaurant is open all day every day!
