Get ready for a fun-filled adventure in Tropical North Queensland on the 2-day Best of Both Worlds Tour. This all-inclusive two day tour does it all. On day one, you'll go from Cairns to Atherton Tablelands for a day of chasing waterfalls and swimming in refreshing natural plunge pools. Then on day two, head to the Daintree Rainforest to discover the pristine beaches of Cape Tribulation, crocodiles and more. Your lively local guide will be with you the whole way, sharing amazing stories and information about the region and ensuring you have the time of your life!

Day 1 (Lunch and Dinner)

Day one starts in Cairns before we head straight into the verdant forests of Atherton Tablelands, where nature’s own waterpark awaits! Be sure to bring your swimming gear as you won’t be able to resist a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear pools at Babinda Boulders. Get your iconic hair flick photo at Millaa Millaa Falls and slip down the natural slide at the three-tiered Josephine Falls.

After a yummy lunch, there are more chances to swim at Lake Eacham, a volcanic crater lake. See if you can spot a platypus before we head to our accommodation at On the Wallaby Eco-lodge. You’ll enjoy a delicious dinner but before you turn in for the night, head out on a night canoe to observe the nocturnal animals that come out after sunset.

Day 2 (Breakfast & Lunch)

After breakfast, we leave the Atherton Tablelands behind and head to the Daintree Rainforest. All throughout the journey, you’ll have stacks of photo opportunities at incredible lookout points including Rex Lookout and Alexandra Lookout. We’ll stop off in Port Douglas along the way, tucking into some morning tea on the pristine 4-Mile Beach. When it’s time to cross the Daintree River and head into the wilderness, we board a local wildlife spotting cruise to look out for crocodiles in the water and amongst the mangroves.

Once we’re on the northern side of the Daintree River, we’ll say goodbye to phone reception and hello to the world’s oldest rainforest! Stop for lunch and take a stroll along the postcard-perfect Cape Tribulation Beach before going deeper into the forest with a guided walk. Enjoy yet another swim at a remote location in the rainforest before we start making our way back to Cairns.
