OVERVIEW OF THE TOUR
Experience the top highlights of Kangaroo Island on this 2-day glamping trip, exploring beautiful scenery and amazing wildlife!
Day one (Lunch & Dinner)
Boarding the bus in Adelaide, we start the tour by heading down to Cape Jervis to hop aboard the ferry. Lookout for dolphins as you enjoy the scenic 45-minute ferry ride across to Kangaroo Island. Once we have arrived, the fun truly begins!
Our first stop is Duck Lagoon, where we will take a scenic walk through the wetlands, spotting wild koalas and birdlife. Soon after, it's free time in Kingscote to wander the streets and grab a morning coffee before lunch at Kangaroo Island Brewery.
Next up is Emu Bay Lavender Farm! Take a walk around the fragrant fields and try their famous lavender scones from their farm café. In the afternoon, we’ll take some time to stroll along Emu Bay Beach before heading to Stokes Bay. Sit back and relax or go for a swim in the pristine waters of the bay.
Our day concludes with a classic Aussie BBQ dinner under the stars. Afterward, relax in the comfort of your chosen accommodation, resting up for another exciting day ahead!
Day two (Breakfast & Lunch)
We’ll start our day nice and early for another day of adventure, kicking the morning off with a yummy breakfast.
Boarding the coach, we’ll head to Flinders Chase National Park and explore the stunning island coastline. Visit famous landmarks like the Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch as you walk along the coastal boardwalks.
For lunch, we will make our way to Little Sahara, where we will sit down to enjoy a fully catered picnic! Take your turn at sledding and sandboarding (own expense) down the sand dunes, or just spend time admiring the scenic white sands.
After lunch, we’ll head to Seal Bay Conservation Park to meet a local ranger. Take a walk along the beach, spot sea lions, and learn about this endangered species and conservation efforts in the area.
After a long two days of exploring, we’ll make a stop for dinner (own expense) in Penneshaw before boarding the ferry back towards Adelaide.
